It is the most efficient, meaning, very short appointment times and little to no wait times. That is important in the busy world we live in. "My daughter (age 10) had an initial consult last week. She’s highly fearful of dentist. She had a rough experience getting a cavity filled and has not trusted anyone coming near her mouth ever since. So I knew braces would be a challenge but a necessary challenge!From the time we stepped in the door until the time we got to the car, Dr. Ross and his staff made our day!! 🤩 They truly believe in everyone being part of their orthodontic family! The receptionist greeted us with a smile and showed us around the waiting area which contains a play area for smaller children and a VERY colorful aquarium that even entertained me (the parent)! Then a representative from his staff (Kim) came and got us (very little wait time). She spoke to my daughter mostly, injecting me when needed. I LOVED it! She had the brightest smile and the greatest attitude. My daughter asked A LOT of questions and she never hesitated, lost patience, or stopped smiling. It was so welcoming! Dr Ross came in soon after to evaluate. He spoke to my daughter walking her through the entire process of his actions during evaluation. He was honest, patient, and made her feel extremely comfortable. He sang and DANCED with her afterwards...even picked Bruno Mars which she happens to LOVE! It was hilarious, overwhelmingly joyful, and very entertaining! I immediately knew this would be the orthodontic family that could make her experience the most pleasurable, comfortable, and overall successful!Another staff member, also named Kim, took her in the back for impressions and to be fit for a spacer. Once again we were greeted with smiles and high energy! Kim was outstanding! She walked my daughter through the process, answering her questions along the way. She was so patient!The important thing for me was for my daughter to have trust in Dr. Ross and his team and to feel comfortable during the process. They exceeded my expectations immensely!! If you are looking for an orthodontist family that is friendly, welcoming, caring, has high energy, always smiling, and passionate about patients, then you’ll come to Dr. Ross!!"
"I was just there on 2/14/2018. I had my braces since 10/23/16 i was told that i May or may not lose my teeth which is a devastating thing to hear. However Dr. Ross and staff assured me that they would do their best to make sure that wouldn’t happen as long as i follow every step. When i tell you that these people make you feel at home and feel like family while working on your smile it’s true!. I love Dr. Ross and his staff through this entire year i couldn’t ask for a better orthodontist, i would refer any and everyone to Dr. Ross. I travel from Raleigh just to go to the orthodontist. "These are the nicest people you will ever meet! Not only will Dr. Ross make your smile beautiful but with each visit he and his staff give you a reasons to use it! They were all willing to try everything to relieve the pain... (wax, mouthwash, soothing salve, tooth paste, they had lots of tricks and so willing to share them) and knowing they were there every step of the way made it worth while! I just got my braces off (yay) and I can't stop looking in the mirror at my teeth. Every time I do I feel so thankful that I had Dr. Ross and his team to help me through! I truly know I have made friends who honestly care about me and all about me... not just my teeth! I am so sure that is a special quality that you won't find just anywhere. "I was referred to Dr. Ross by my dentist for a consultation about slight teeth movement. Dr. Ross and his assistant Kim performed a thorough consultation. Dr. Ross concluded that I could have orthodontic care for cosmetic reasons if I wished, but didn't need it for functional reasons and I really appreciated his honesty. While I won't need Ross Orthodontics personally, I would willingly refer anyone else to them. As a side note, the office is extremely clean and very cutely decorated, and the support staff are all very friendly, as is Dr. Ross. Thanks for the consultation!"
