I was so pleased with the results once Phase 1 was completed, and I’m very excited for him to begin his full-mouth treatment in January. She explained everything she would be doing step by step and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Casey also helped out and gave really great tips on how to care for my new braces. "I heard good things about Ross Orthodontics in the community. I did my research and found myself making an appointment. The initial appointment was very informative and payment options were explained thoroughly. After selecting the option that best fit my needs, installment day arrived. The day that I initially got my braces until the day that they were removed, the staff always greeted me with smiles, conversations and professionalism. The atmosphere was always so pleasant. Dr. Ross was able to fix my very noticeable underbite with braces when other orthodontist suggested it could only be corrected with surgery. Dr. Ross is Amazing! Having my braces removed was bitter sweet. At 55 years old, they were a conversation piece for both adults but especially for children. If an orthodontist is what you are looking for, Ross Orthodontics is where you want to be for your ortho needs."

"Yesterday I called Ross orthodontics to schedule a consultation. My consultation was scheduled for June, but they said they would try to get me sooner if they had a cancellation. Well, they contacted me today and asked if I could come in today, I said yes!! They not only accepted me with open arms, but they took off my old braces and put on my new braces the same day. "Dr. Ross straightened my teeth back in the mid 90's. Back then there were three assistants and one person at the front desk. The office culture was centered around a fun experience with excellent treatment and results. After all of these years, my permanent retainer finally broke. I received an appointment for the next day to repair my retainer. The office is much larger now but the same culture exists. "These are the nicest people you will ever meet! Not only will Dr. Ross make your smile beautiful but with each visit he and his staff give you a reasons to use it! I have a chronic illness and Dr. Ross was willing to take me on and I truly appreciate all he has done for me... my smile seems (almost) secondary! The staff truly make you feel welcome, initially, then apart of a wonderful family. When you enter treatment with Dr. Ross you are under the wings of many caring people! I cannot put into words how they kept me hanging on ... I honestly feel I could not have done it anywhere else! With my chronic illness, my mouth hurt terribly (not my teeth... my whole mouth!) but with each visit and all the encouragement, it made the time go by! They were all willing to try everything to relieve the pain... (wax, mouthwash, soothing salve, tooth paste, they had lots of tricks and so willing to share them) and knowing they were there every step of the way made it worth while! I just got my braces off (yay) and I can't stop looking in the mirror at my teeth. Every time I do I feel so thankful that I had Dr. Ross and his team to help me through! I truly know I have made friends who honestly care about me and all about me... not just my teeth! I am so sure that is a special quality that you won't find just anywhere. Dr. Ross must have a radar that senses the best people and that's must be all he hires and then they stay!! It's amazing! I could go on and on... but if you are considering orthodontic treatment... this is the place!! Hands down!"
"I was referred to Dr. Ross by my dentist for a consultation about slight teeth movement. Dr. Ross and his assistant Kim performed a thorough consultation. Dr. Ross concluded that I could have orthodontic care for cosmetic reasons if I wished, but didn't need it for functional reasons and I really appreciated his honesty. While I won't need Ross Orthodontics personally, I would willingly refer anyone else to them. As a side note, the office is extremely clean and very cutely decorated, and the support staff are all very friendly, as is Dr. Ross. Thanks for the consultation!"
