"Upon entering, i could tell the staff recognized their regulars because they immediately were able to check them in without even having to ask their name. Everyone in the facility was extremely friendly and pleasant, and Ross ortho. really did give me that āfamilyā vs a ābusinessā feel. Thank you to Melissa, Mel, and Dr. Ross for taking care of me at my first ortho visit ever! "I was just there on 2/14/2018. I had my braces since 10/23/16 i was told that i May or may not lose my teeth which is a devastating thing to hear. However Dr. Ross and staff assured me that they would do their best to make sure that wouldnāt happen as long as i follow every step. When i tell you that these people make you feel at home and feel like family while working on your smile itās true!. I love Dr. Ross and his staff through this entire year i couldnāt ask for a better orthodontist, i would refer any and everyone to Dr. Ross. I travel from Raleigh just to go to the orthodontist. I have less than three months in my braces and itās becoming exciting but bitter sweet because i will no longer see the staff anymore. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell a friend, Refer a friend DR.
