"Upon entering, i could tell the staff recognized their regulars because they immediately were able to check them in without even having to ask their name. Everyone in the facility was extremely friendly and pleasant, and Ross ortho. really did give me that “family” vs a “business” feel. Thank you to Melissa, Mel, and Dr. Ross for taking care of me at my first ortho visit ever! I learned a lot and got quick care, and also got a full consult with braces installation all in the same day"
"The office staff is incredibly well organized and friendly, and all of the clinical staff have great rapport with children. Most importantly, Dr. Ross is incredibly approachable and will answer any question you might have without hesitation. The pricing is really straight forward and you can pay it all at once or scale it down to monthly payments based on how much you want to put down initially. Also, they don't charge for things like replacing broken brackets. (They even texted us to check on our child when the braces were first put on.) I recommend Dr. Ross without hesitation."
"I was just there on 2/14/2018. I had my braces since 10/23/16 i was told that i May or may not lose my teeth which is a devastating thing to hear. However Dr. Ross and staff assured me that they would do their best to make sure that wouldn’t happen as long as i follow every step. When i tell you that these people make you feel at home and feel like family while working on your smile it’s true!. I love Dr. Ross and his staff through this entire year i couldn’t ask for a better orthodontist, i would refer any and everyone to Dr. Ross. I travel from Raleigh just to go to the orthodontist. I have less than three months in my braces and it’s becoming exciting but bitter sweet because i will no longer see the staff anymore. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell a friend, Refer a friend DR. ROSS & STAFF is the best in Greenville NC! The best thing money could buy a Million dollar SMILE from Dr.Ross! Lol 😂P.S. IT IS SOOOO FREAKIN CLEAN IN THERE TOO I LOVE IT AND KID FRIENDLY.
